Perfect location and super friendly staff. I will definitely book this hotel again. Starbucks and a restaurant on the first floor if you are on the go.

Knoxville was an experience at night if I had to say so myself, but the hotel itself was wonderful. Room was clean, parking was easy to navigate, and easy process. Stayed here on the way to the tail of the dragon. Would recommend it if you’re planning on staying in Knoxville

They put me in an accessible room and said ‘that’s what you get for going through a third party’. Air conditioner didn’t work. I asked about a future availability and it took 3 people to figure it out.
