gave me a room with a broken lock, all my stuff was at risk for theft. Even requested service for someone to fix it and nothing was fixed. Didn’t offer a new room for the issue, disappointing stay.

Things to Keep in Mind
- Rate displayed is per night, per room. Each room is guaranteed to fit 2 people. Extra guests are at the hotel’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
- Self-parking $60 SUV and $50 Sudan/ per night. Garage is located 3 minutes from hotel on 22nd street (for 24hr) garage managed by 3rd party company.
- The Valet parking fee is $70/night + tax = $82. There are no in & out privileges for the vehicles and the guests need to pay again if they get their vehicle from the parking area.
- This room may not meet your accessibility needs. Accessibility requests can be made directly to the hotel, and are subject to hotel approval and availability.
