Reservation was not at the hotel when i arrived. Called customer service and they were very helpful and took care of sending the reservation again. Service desk at the hotel was very friendly and polite

I had an extremely disappointing stay. Upon check-in, I encountered a roach in my room, which was quite unsettling. The carpet was dirty, stained, and emitted an unpleasant odor. During my five-day stay, housekeeping only serviced my room once, which was inadequate. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
