Great customer service and staff. The hotel has many amenities, including breakfast, HH and if a loyalty member - free wifi and restaurant/bar credit. Central location and friendly staff!

The front desk during welcome were very accommodating, but after some problem with the room, when we went to speak to the front desk, they had a new evening crew who were just very sassy and not accommodating at all. Can’t treat your paying customers like that.
