they messed up on our room but totally accommodated our service by upgrading our stay more and making it wonderful. great hotel.

The location and views are great, but there are too many hidden charges that they hit you with at the end of your stay and the hotel staff is pretty cold and generally rude. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that had much better service.
