the room was surprisingly bigger than an average hotel room. it was close to everything we went to. Service was amazing, everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff were great.

The hotel employees make this our favorite hotel in St. Augustine! Every single employee is super friendly and helpful! Sarah quickly cleared up snafus by offsite 3rd party help. Maggie is great and the night auditor bought holiday decorations out of her own pocket. EVERY employee went out of their way to help us!
