The Lounge and workout room was nice. The rooms were small and there key 🔑 card machine wasn't working so we had to be let in everywhere which was a downside.

Room was tiny and dark (no natural light). There was no room service our entire stay. Once they brought fresh towels. No bed was ever made. Shampoo bottle was not refilled. Check process was nice and easy, and the valet guys are always fast and courteous.
