Older place in need of renovation, but great location and very affordable. Best part is the free parking garage!

Older. Ready for updating but clean enough to crash comfortably. Close to the street, a bit noisy. Location is terrific for neighborhood shops, restaurants, bars. Secure underground parking was great.
