clean, quiet, well-located and well-furnished. four rooms to a floor is great. one drawback to the tall, tower footprint is that it can take awhile for hot water to flow, esp on high floors - leave yourself time before a shower….

Someone else’s hair all over the sheets, they were definitely not changed prior to our arrival, there was blood on the curtains and they did nothing to accommodate the issues with the room. I will never stay here again.
