Staff was very friendly and even let me wait for hours in the lobby for my room to be ready (I was like 12 hours early).

Love love the suite room my favorites, it’s not so much noise u hear an the front desk workers it was 2 girls really really nice upon check inn an out

My room was infested with dust mites. I checked out two days early due to this and was still charged resort fees as of I remained there for the entire trip when I didn’t. The room didn’t look close to anything like reflected on the website. Front desk was extremely smug.
