over 20 yrs ago, my wife and I spent our evening after the wedding at the Catalina. Afterwards, we left for our honeymoon cruise.

Room was not clean, no housekeeping the entire week, not enough towels and had to use pool towels, pool was dirty, hallways stunk, floor was falling apart, shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, room keys never worked, CONCIERGE DESK WAS SO SWEET THOUGH!
