front desk could use some help. checkin slow as attendant is answering phones as well. attendant never mentioned offerings or what time checkout was. took personal info, and handed keys to room. No mention of how to get to room or elevator.

July 20 global software outage- no room keys could be issued, so staff had to walk guests to rooms to open doors- every time. They were patient and pleasant. Rooms clean& modern, with musical decor to reflect Memphis heritage. Only complaint - automatic 18% gratuity added to glass of wine at bar. With taxes it was $20

Went to turn on the AC and a roaring noise comes from the ceiling. Now the fan will not shut off and the noise continues. Sounds like a non-stop busted car muffler. Front desk says they will send maintenance but we’re 15 minutes in with no sign of help.
