We had a rafting trip for the next day and had purchased food for the picnic… opened door and put food in refrigerator… today opened refrigerator and everything was hot… found it unplugged… there was not a light and unfortunately I took for granted it was cold

the hotel staff is not friendly at all, bad service, super dirty rooms, the pool and spa were so dirty too. the room was infested with bugs. I don't recommend this place.
