Comfy bed and a nice clean room. Well outfitted with kitchenette including dishes and a toaster, though the room is small and a little cramped. The hot breakfast was okay, but not amazing.

I liked that this was a couple blocks away from NY Penn Station, Chelsea and Korea town. Rooms aren't that big, but has all the amenities. Would stay here again

Elevators were taking 10-15min to get to the floor. one was out of service and the staff were not using service elevators. Tiny rooms with no space which may be just typical in NYC but still limiting
