The staff is welcoming, warm, and friendly. I also appreciate how well-designed the hotel is. It’s all about the architecture: the mid-century industrial chic lobby as well as the sweeping views from the guest rooms. Alfred coffee and tea shop in the lobby is an extra bonus. Love everything about this hotel and always return when in LA.

Stylish hotel, walking distance to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Spacious rooms and nice outdoor pool. The restaurants and club in the hotel are top notch as well. Super comfortable stay- we ll be back for sure!

Always terrible check in attitude. Room sheets overloaded with detergent, making them cold and sticky.
