There was a mass amount of people checking in at the same time. It seems like there was an event going on. I would just recommend having more than 1 person at the desk during those times.

Gorgeous, super clean, modern hotel! Bed and pillows were ridiculously comfortable - I slept like a log. Front desk and housekeeping were so friendly and accommodating. Easy to find and park, great huge lobby area, safe, quiet. Incredible value for the money
