I absolutely love this hotel. I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service from the staff. Everyone that works there makes you feel like you’re the number one priority. The location is amazing. Their food is amazing. I can’t wait to go back again.

I live nearby in LA so this was a staycation and the Shade Hotel was perfect for that! I 100% would stay there again!

This was my second time here and it did not disappoint. Everything was top notch from the room to the concierge to the valet. Definitely one of my all time favorite hotels.
