Worth it for the great location. Unfortunately, our room had small windows and a dreary view of the roof. It was dirty (found hair in our moisturizer) and felt dingy. Wouldn’t have been worth it except it was one of the less expensive bookings in this very spendy town and we didn’t spend any time in the room.

The location was great and it was perfect for one night. I know the rooms are all different and our room was on the tiny size but it was clean and could step outside and walk to any of the restaurants and shops on Ocean Avenue. There is an Italian restaurant attached to it and we had drinks there one night.

The women at the front desk were just plain rude. Like teachers scolding students. Unbelievably curt and rude for no reason. Bad attitudes. Bad manners. Should not be in hospitality.
