Great service at reception, despite the line and full capacity. The manager Keith is a gem as are the ladies who work concierge in the evenings, barmen too.

The late staff is so rude, and the rooms look like something out of a horror movie, I did not take a shower there because it was so nasty. Please don’t have a recommend me a place like this.
