Best check-in process in sometime. The young woman/supervisor in the evening was fantastic. I'm bummed I can't recall her name.

We wanted two queen beds and only got a king even though we had a toddler staying with us. Also had major issues with the Wi-Fi, and they directed us to the customer helpline who directed us back to the hotel front desk. Also, tried to order room service, which did not work from the television. The service at the restaurant was great, however.
