The bed was a little hard and the pillows too soft, but that’s me and my taste, they are not necessarily bad. The staff is excellent from valet to housekeepers especially Tasha in the front desk. The only observation I have is that the registration area has no seating . Limited choice of eating places nearby. Overall I enjoyed the stay
