They upgraded my room to a king suite and were very helpful at check in. The text follow up was a nice touch. Loved the clean room, comfy bed and free WiFi. The service was also good at the restaurant in the morning. A great experience

Elevator did not work so had to carry suitcases 4 flights of stairs and also the sink was leaking and my wife almost fell, great place & beautiful view
