Was travelling with a hotel consultant and he pointed out full trash cans and trash on floor and lots of tables that needed to be bussed… room was great, server in restaurant for nightcap was great. Valet was understaffed so slow but the guy was doing his best.

Everything about our stay was excellent! Yves made us feel super welcome upon check-in. Our room was beautiful and the location can‘t be beat!

Incredibly disappointing stay. The room was filthy.. this does not represent the Marriott “Luxury Collection” standards I have been shown in the past stays.
