The room was great with a view of the outside the pillows word all that good but the bed was very comfortable the staff there was great. Had a wonderful time love the location close to everything Union Square Chinatown. You name it was there. Thank you very much for having us.

Good value for the money. Room was clean, it had an iron and an ironing board which is convenient. Bed was comfy. WiFi left a lot to be desired.

I stay in this hotel twice a month. Last night I was placed in the room next to the elevator and the noise from the up and down in the elevator was deafening. It was so bad, I left the hotel. If you chose to stay here, beware of the single rooms to the immediate right of the elevator.
