We received an incorrect room key to a room that was occupied. We had to back down and they have the wrong person, same last name. Then we went to dinner at the Burger Theory and I was over hearing the kitchen and wait staff getting this customer order wrong 3 times. I was uncomfortable and left.

Just checked in at 6pm. Only one person working front desk. Housekeeping is behind and they are juggling rooms. We got a handicapped room, it looks like a hospital. No counter space. The bathroom smells and there are no towels.
