the room was great, the ac/heater was broken which was unfortunate but other than that it was lovely.

The hotel lobby is nice, but the rooms were pretty barren and outdated. The parking facility is on-site which is really nice, but the instructions for avoiding extra fees is convoluted and people have been frequently charged twice for parking.

It’s unfortunate the customer service was not the greatest. Hotel itself is convenient and King room was spacious. Had an issue and spoke with supervisor Yalitza Acosta did get back in timely manner but did not resolve issue. Won’t be returning great hotel need improvement in customer care.
