Room is fine and clean but hand soap wasn’t refilled, hair dryer not working, no toothbrush/tooth paste in place.

i wanted to check ALL of the categories! we were very happy with our stay. we love the walk-in shower. my husband has slipped on a tub shower in a HGI and broke 2 ribs, so we're trying to avoid that.
