Reception on 2nd floor. Only 3 elevator ls for 44 floors. Great location.

Room was a good size and comfortable. The complaints about the elevator situation are not exaggerated. It is frustrating.

Room was very bad. It was handicap room. The bed and pillow were not good quality. We were not able to sleep on that bed. The shower was horrible. No water force.
