Better amount of space in the room than most hotels here in London, especially for a standard double. Twice the amount of space I have seen then in a few other hotels. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Locations also very good and very close to underground stations, as well asmany stores and shops. Including a nearby Whole Foods.

The room just looked and felt DIRTY. Like a motel you find off the highway in America. Was super disappointed.
