This was my second time visiting the pioneer square location in 2 months! Just as a little staycation and with my partner. Both times the staff and service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A staff member even recognized me from last time! Currently awaiting my next stay! (And yes, the pillows are heavenly)

An incredible weekend hideaway. Room is basically a bed and bathroom with a view and so cozy! I’d suggest ubering but amazing staff, easy modern room, and awesome bar/lobby. Couldn’t recommend more!

Overly complex self-check in process that ended up not working., so I had to be checked in by a staff member. The same complex process was for check out. Self-check out also didn’t work out for me so a staff member had to do it for me. Both staff members said it was a system issue, nothing I did.
