Bed was comfortable, the room relatively quiet (recommend ear plugs). The bathroom was brand new. Not sure what cleaning product they use - the smell wasn’t my fav, but after 10mins or so I stopped noticing it. Punches above its weight.

The room was spacious and very and clean. It had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed! Location is super convenient. And the service was great - we needed a cot and it was brought to the room and set up for us as soon as we asked …a great value hotel in San Francisco!

I was charged $125.00 in addition to the hotel tonight charge. Management at the Castle Inn denied that they charged my credit card. I had to file a dispute with my bank and ask them not to honor the charge. The case is still open. Very disappointed as this has never happened before.
