Rachel at the lobby cafe was the sweetest. Made us feel welcome. Great beds! Great front desk staff

Everything was okay for a basic stay considering the price ($53/night). Bathrooms were kinda dirty. Hair in the tub & stained with grime. Baby crib was a crate with metal bars, not very toddler friendly. & Whatever you do, DONT buy the cheesecake at their downstairs store, sooooo awful.

For the price I shouldn’t be surprised at the disappointments. Check-in was easy, but a bag of trash was sitting outside my door when I arrived. The first floor is easy to get lost coming out of the elevator

Things to Keep in Mind
- Rate displayed is per night, per room. Each room is guaranteed to fit 2 people. Extra guests are at the hotel’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
- We now have a full concierge service in the lobby here, were they can book packages and tours for our guests Including tickets to SeaWorld, Universal and Disney, along with transportation shuttle service to all three theme parks.
- Hotel offers complimentary scheduled shuttle to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World,and Aquatica. $5 charge for shuttle service to the Walt Disney World shuttle to the Epcot Transportation Hub. hotel guests can book this service 48 hours before their scheduled arrival to the hotel and all shuttles must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
