Customer service at the counter was not the greatest. But our room was good.

Two words: flying cockroaches. One met me when I first walked into the hotel. That was a red flag. Killed two in my room the final night of my visit. I demanded a new room. They were kind enough to move me. Saw one more as o was leaving. Gross.
