Downtown
Downtown Walla Walla is known for its idyllic Main Street, for which it has won many awards. This beautiful downtown street looks like it belongs in a painting, with its beautifully preserved historic buildings and abundance of great shops and restaurants. Downtown is where Walla Walla locals go for a nice meal or a fun night out, so I was very glad I ended up staying near downtown. I love being able to walk to all of the hotspots in a city when I travel.
Arts and Culture
Even though Walla Walla is somewhat on the smaller side for a city, it still has an impressive arts and entertainment scene. In addition to public art installations, which you'll find all over downtown, Walla Walla also has a great performing arts scene, and you can catch a show at venues like the Power House Theatre, the Harper Joy Theatre and Little Theater of Walla Walla.
