Everything was amazing! The room was very clean and refreshing! This hotel is right by the water! And they have complimentary UNLIMITED coffee in the morning!! Service was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and kind! It’s a win for me honestly! Highly recommend!

Room was nice and we liked the pool. However the morning coffee service was quite expensive and none of the three bars were open the night we were there because they apparently ran out of liquor the night before. Crazy, and quite disappointing. Oh and the TV, which runs only by screen mirroring, was not discoverable on the hotel network.

Booked this stay and due to positive Covid diagnosis, could not travel. I realize that the booking was non refundable but after calling 2 times and leaving 2 messages with a request to confirm receipt of the message - no response. I feel their inability to answer a call and/or reply to a voicemail speaks volumes about their customer service.
