Old, not fancy or even 4 star rooms, but clean and reasonable, with vintage class in the lobby and competent, hospitable service. A solid short term budget hotel with convenient access/location.

My room smelled like mildew. I get it, it’s an old nyc building. But if that’s the case then rip up the carpet and just have “wood” flooring.

Things to Keep in Mind
- Rate displayed is per night, per room. Each room is guaranteed to fit 2 people. Extra guests are at the hotel’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
- Self-parking is on a parking lot named "Dock Parking" right around the corner from the Hotel. Guests would have to take their car to this parking lot then someone there will valet their car. Guest will get a ticket and they will just have to take it to Front Desk to be able to get in validated and for them to get the discounted price of $50 per night.
