I arrived a little before 10pm and went to take a shower in my room and the hot water didn’t work. the front desk was able to put me in a different room that was slightly nicer with no problem. It was kind of a bother to change rooms circumstantially, however the shower in the new room was very nice and easy to use.

Service was great! The Front Desk staff are all very friendly and helpful! The room is clean and large with super comfortable beds. Ideal downtown location!
