The exceptional front desk customer service and the panoramic views from the hotel’s rooftop room, facing north, were truly remarkable.

Upgrade was easy and location was perfect for us. Housekeeping is excellent and front desk staff friendly and attentive. 'Twas a bonus to have Tavern on Rush on the property. Christmas Eve meal was outstanding and Kelly & Fernando provided exceptional and entertaining service.
