Effective January 31, 2025, The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will be increasing the price of the Security Deposit hold. The Security deposit hold will be changing from $50 to $75 per room, per night, ($300 max) at time of check-in. In the event you are unable to display the amount as separate line item, we request that you display the Security deposit as follows: A $75 deposit hold for incidentals is required per day ($300 max) at time of check-in. Deposits will be refunded within 24 hours after the check-out date. Refund processing time is contingent on the guest’s banking institution and may take up to 10 days

We were given a room on the 23rd floor, It had an awesome view. Great stay!

The arrival was very odd! No one at the curb and the staff just inside the doors were not helpful. No one greeted me or offered to help with my bags even though it was obvious that I was struggling even when I ask for a wheelchair
