Room was great. Great lighting and comfortable bed & pillows. Temperature of the room was nice. we struggled by the warm fireplace and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine. Staff was great and I appreciated the uniformed security in the lobby and secured elevator floors.

The hotel rooms needs some TLC and updating. The furniture looks worn and there are no USB ports anywhere to be found. otherwise, the hotel was fine

No hand soap, wifi kept cutting out, no room service, limited menu downstairs, no daily tidying, expensive car park with no security—everyone doing the best they can, but for a big hotel downtown, it’s lacking basic amenities & assurances.
