Check in was a breeze, great employees working the desk. Had to make a late night stop when our travel plans changed. Room was solid with no plumbing issues.

Would be nice to have a shuttle that runs longer than 9PM. Especially a hotel next to one of the world’s busiest airports.

The room was lovely and so was the staff. The hotel is under construction however and full of dust and workers. This should have been disclosed. The shuttle doesn’t run to airport 24/7 either. So expect to pay a premium for a taxi to JFK, which defeats the purpose of an airport hotel for an early flight
