Room has kitchen. Hotel has free breakfast and free happy hour with snack and beer and wine. Elevators were occasionally out of service and that sucked

The amount of customer service and complimentary services they provide during your stay is beyond exceptional. The heat wasn’t blowing hot air in the room. Called front desk & repair man came and fixed it in minutes. Other than one elevator being repaired there’s nothing negative about this stay. I’ll stay again with no hesitation.

one of the elevators was out so they had manual service. which bypassed is twice this morning so we had to carry our luggage down seven flights of stairs.
room floor lamp switch was broken, hvac unit in the wall was not sealed properly so ron was drafty, and the shower did not work properly and leaked
