Friendly, responsive staff from front desk to food service to housekeeping. A neighboring room set off their smoke alarm and after front desk was called, their maintenance team arrived within minutes.

Room has kitchen. Hotel has free breakfast and free happy hour with snack and beer and wine. Elevators were occasionally out of service and that sucked

Only 2 of 3 elevators worked for 30 floors. There is nowhere near enough breakfast seating for all the guests. For Marriot, the breakfast was not up to par. No pancakes, no waffles. This hotel had great customer service.
