Great location - minutes from downtown Los Olivos. Lovely hospitality - feels like a European style inn with very welcoming staff. Loved the decor and Farrow & Ball paints. Super pet friendly as well - they even made my dog scrambled eggs for breakfast!

Heads up no TVs in rooms or anywhere which was absolutely amazing. One of the coziest, most relaxing hotel stays I have ever had. Fresh baked cookies in lobby, wine cheese and crackers were offered… great staff. Hope to see Ballard Inn pop up more often as an option here
