Upon our arrival the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. We were provided with credit for the breakfast buffet which was delicious. Thank you to all the staff from the front desk to the breakfast attendants for making our quick stay a 10/10.

This booking was made by mistake. I called immediately after the mistake was made and they did not honor my cancellation request which is very disappointing considering that I am actually a level 16 member on my main account on top of earning level 7 status on this account
