Great location, free parking (tight lot), amenities were nice, no mini fridge, rooms were pretty good but could use some finishing out of the renovation (bathroom door was old, bathroom ceiling stained). Good stay for the price and quick walk to Pearl St.

The bed was very comfy and the decor was very Boulder. We did a staycation kind of thing coming up from Denver for dinner and a show. We had a great time! My only complaint would be that they charge you for coffee in the lobby 😂

The heater in the room wouldn't get warmer than 50 degrees in winter. The front office just shrugged and didn't try to do anything about it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It dipped to the middle, and my wife and I woke up sore. They also overcharged me and still haven't refunded my money back.
